Your business data is yours
We use the business information you provide only to power your AI agent. We don't share it, sell it, or use it to train models for other users.
Visitor conversations
Conversations between your AI agent and your visitors are stored to enable lead capture, analytics, and agent improvements. You own this data. We process it only on your behalf.
Wallet & payment data
Top-up requests, transaction history, and payment screenshots are stored securely and used only for billing verification. We never store full bank account details or card numbers.
No tracking for ads
EasyBuilda doesn't run ads and doesn't track you across the web. We don't sell behavioral data to third parties.
Delete anytime
You can delete your agent and all associated conversation data from your dashboard at any time. Deletion is permanent. Account closure requests can be made by contacting support.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for database hosting, OpenRouter and Gemini for AI inference, and Resend for transactional emails. These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
